HOMEWORK:

JAM LAYOUT FOR LAUNCHPAD

Here are Ableton projects you can download:

• Retro Grain - 80/160bpm - Eb min
• Hypnotic Energy - 123bpm - Eb min

Now do this:

• add drum fills with other loops/ variations and experiment with clip launch / legato setting described here
• jam with your launchpad
• record a performance (1,5 - 3 mins max!)
• edit transition and lengths as needed (use Delete and Duplicate Time)
• add Effects like a Filter
• add Automation (or perform with mapping as described here)
• export as a mp3
• export and upload your project file as described here
